Enterprise

Operational resilience for
technology-dependent organizations.

Most enterprises discover operational gaps during incidents — a vendor outage exposes an unknown dependency, an employee exits and access to 15 systems is unresolved, an auditor asks for a critical third-party register that doesn't exist yet. Atlariem fixes this before the incident, not after.

Designed for governed rollouts · Annual contracts from $10,000 · Custom deployment available

How it works

Map. Verify. Understand impact.

Three continuous operations that turn a scattered inventory into a resilience asset — maintained by the teams who use it, not rebuilt before every audit.

01

Map

Register every critical business service and its dependencies — the people who own it, the technology that powers it, and the third-party vendors it relies on. Atlas renders the full dependency graph automatically.

  • Asset and service registry
  • Owner + admin + billing contact fields
  • Vendor dependency mapping
  • Department and team assignment
  • Atlas relationship graph
03

Understand impact

When a vendor has an incident or a key person exits, the dependency map tells you exactly which services are affected, who needs to act, and what the downstream risk is — in seconds, not hours.

  • Vendor-to-service dependency traces
  • Person-to-asset ownership chains
  • Concentration risk visibility
  • Criticality-ranked asset view
  • Export for incident response and audit

Use cases

The situations Atlariem is built for.

Vendor incident response

COO · Head of IT · Operations Resilience

A critical vendor has an outage. Without a dependency map, the first 60–90 minutes are spent identifying which internal services are affected and who owns them. With Atlariem, that answer is already documented. Filter by vendor in Atlas, see every dependent service, and route the right owners before the first status call.

🔄

Employee offboarding at scale

Head of IT · CIO · Operations

When a senior employee exits, access to business-critical systems becomes an urgent unknown. Atlariem shows every asset that person owned or administered, surfaces single-admin risk for systems with no backup, and generates a structured transfer checklist — so nothing falls through the gap between HR and IT.

📋

Third-party risk and audit readiness

CISO · GRC · Compliance

Regulators and internal auditors increasingly require a live critical third-party register — not a spreadsheet built before the review. Atlariem maintains this continuously. Vendor dependencies, ownership, criticality, and renewal dates are always current, exportable, and traceable to business services.

🏗️

Post-merger integration

COO · CIO · Integration teams

M&A integration surfaces the fastest-accumulating operational debt: duplicate systems, unknown owners, conflicting vendor contracts, and access that nobody audited. Atlariem gives the integration team a structured intake for both entities — mapped, prioritized by criticality, and ready for consolidation decisions.

Coming soon

What's being built for the full resilience loop.

The current platform covers mapping, ownership verification, and dependency visibility. The next wave closes the gap between registry and resilience operations.

Q3 2026

Service dependency chains

Link assets to the business services they support, so a single failed component traces immediately to the services and processes affected. Built for disruption impact modeling.

Q3 2026

Business Impact Analysis export

Generate a structured BIA from your registry — RTOs, RPOs, service criticality ratings, and dependency chains — exportable as a compliance-ready document.

Q4 2026

Third-party risk scoring

Move beyond renewal dates to vendor concentration risk, contract coverage, and criticality-weighted exposure — all derived from the dependency data you already maintain.

Q4 2026

CMDB and discovery sync

Two-way connectors for Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, and Azure AD — so high-signal system data flows in automatically and your registry stays current without manual entry.

2027

GRC evidence packs

Produce structured evidence packages for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DORA — mapped directly from your registry with timestamps, ownership chain, and dependency documentation.

2027

Change and incident linkage

Connect registry changes to incidents and change requests — so every outage, ownership transfer, and access change is traceable through a complete operational audit trail.

Roadmap items are shared with enterprise customers. Deployment timelines can be prioritized based on contract scope.

Pricing

Annual contracts, sized to your organization.

Enterprise agreements start at $10,000 per year. Pricing scales with the number of users, deployment scope, and contractual support obligations.

Every enterprise agreement includes onboarding support, a named customer-success contact, DPA overview access, and security documentation. Roadmap capabilities (SSO, SCIM, API, audit-log retention) and formal SLA terms are discussed during pilot planning and are not billed as included until live.
