Clarity score

A weighted score across four dimensions: verified records, backup coverage, complete data, and renewal owner assignment. Not a vanity metric — each component tells you exactly what to fix.

One-click verification

Confirm that an asset is still yours with a single action. Each verification is timestamped and recorded, so the clarity score reflects real confirmations — not just registry state from the last import.

Formal ownership transfers

Request to move a role to a colleague — or receive a request from someone else. Transfers require a reason, are recorded permanently, and can be accepted, rejected, or deferred. No silent reassignments.

Needs review

Two categories surface automatically: assets with stale verification dates and critical or high assets without a backup administrator. You don't have to hunt for them — Atrium finds them for you.

OWNER ADMIN BACKUP

Typed responsibilities

Business owner, primary administrator, backup administrator, and renewal owner are four distinct roles. Atrium shows all four per asset, tells you which are filled, and highlights gaps on critical systems.

Admin browsing

Workspace admins can open Atrium in the context of any person in the organization — same workspace, same score, but showing someone else's responsibilities. Built for audits, reviews, and offboarding handoffs.

How it works

Your registry becomes your workspace automatically.

Atrium reads the ownership fields your organization already documents. Open it and your entire footprint is mapped, scored, and ready to act on.

  1. 1
Open Atrium from the sidebar Your workspace builds immediately from the registry — assets where you're listed as owner, admin, backup admin, or renewal owner, plus any departments you lead. Nothing to configure.
  2. 2
Read your clarity score The score shows how healthy your ownership footprint is. Each of the four sub-metrics links directly to the tab where you can fix it — stale verifications, missing backups, incomplete records, unowned renewals.
  3. 3
Open Needs Review Atrium surfaces two categories automatically: assets past their verification date, and critical or high assets with no backup administrator. Address them here without hunting through the full registry.
  4. 4
Verify, dispute, or transfer Confirm ownership is current, flag an asset as not your responsibility, or request a formal transfer to a colleague — all with a note on record and a notification sent to the right person.

Five views, one workspace

Everything you own, one tab at a time.

Overview

Assets grouped by type, each showing your role chips and criticality. Click any card to open the detail panel with metadata, role status, and quick actions without leaving the page.

My responsibilities

A flat table of every asset you have any stake in, sortable by name, criticality, or role type. Verify ownership directly from the row without opening the detail panel.

Needs review

Two sections automatically populated: assets past their verification date, and critical or high assets with no backup administrator. Both surface without filtering or searching.

Ownership requests

Pending transfer requests addressed to you. See who is requesting which role and why, then accept, reject, or decide later. Every response is timestamped and kept on record.

History

A chronological log of every verification action you have taken — which asset, which status, when, and what note you left. The permanent audit trail for your ownership footprint.
